The Institute for Excellence in Education is changing professional learning.  IEE’s OBX (Out of the Box) application provides teachers with an innovative learning experience that takes only ten minutes a day.  No substitute teachers needed, no extra lesson planning needed, no evening meetings.  OBX delivers high quality professional development right to your smart phone and it only takes 10 minutes a day.  This innovative method of professional learning allows you to stay in the classroom or virtual classroom where you are needed most.  OBX provides on demand access to content that grows educator skills and talents.  Educators can use OBX as a stand-alone tool or get added support with a virtual coach.
