IEE provides professional learning and instructional coaching services to primary and secondary schools. Our model is an on-the-ground, in-the-building approach to school reform. As your school’s service provider, we will have a team of experienced educators working directly with your school’s leadership team and district personnel to develop a program that meets the needs of your school.

The Results Team Package
The Results Team package is a comprehensive approach to school reform. Coaches embed themselves in the school community and focus on significant and sustainable reform.

The Impact Team Package
The Impact Team package focuses on job-embedded coaching. The coaches work alongside teachers and school leaders to drive sustainable reform. The Data Team Package
The Data Team package helps your school assess the data systems and data available to your district, as well as build systems for regular collection and analysis of available data. Includes: Data Systems Coach: 60 days on-site, 10 days off-site Instructional Data Coach: 60 days on-site, 10 days off-site

SIG Facilitator A facilitator provides constant monitoring of the SIG plan as required by MDE and assists the school team in meeting benchmarking and reporting requirements. Includes materials and facilitator’s travel
